Priyanka conceptualised this platform when her mum retired after 35 years of working as a teacher and she couldn't find a single skill-appropriate opportunity for her, just because she'd turned 60.
Founded in June 2017, Priyanka has since then built a vibrant community of experienced and skilled retirees and is enhancing their employability through skill-building and coaching programmes. Prior to founding Wise At Work, Priyanka worked for 10 years in the FMCG space as a digital marketer, brand builder and content creator. She has also consulted with non-profits, written Indian mainstream television shows and been a food photographer. She is passionate about driving sustainable social change and using technology to evolve the future of work.
Mrs. Gothi has spent a career in academics teaching science and mathematics to primary school students. Since her retirement she has been an avid horticulturist and composter. She is passionate about age inclusion and is an active participant in the local community driving awareness about education for girls.
Mr Wu is a China Consultant to Li & Fung China Development Ltd, Executive Director of Caring for Children Foundation and Director of Healthy Hong Kong Foundation. Mr. Wu is a veteran in China and Hong Kong business. He was CEO/MD of the Greater China consumer business arms of large multi-national corporations including Hutchison Whampoa, Inchcape and Li & Fung. Mr. Wu has substantial experience in a wide spectrum of industries including packaged goods, fashion goods, home furnishing, licensing and online sourcing.
Nicole is the founder of Next Chapter - a platform that offers services and information to female-led businesses, to improve their access to funding. This is via a reward-based crowdfunding platform, curated Funding Directory, Funding Readiness programmes and Coaching to female entrepreneurs who are looking to fund and scale their businesses.
Nicole previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Hong Kong in PwC’s US IPO and Advisory practices working on large-scale projects across Europe and Asia.
