Our Team

Priyanka Gothi
Founder & CEO

Priyanka conceptualised this platform when her mum retired after 35 years of working as a teacher and she couldn't find a single skill-appropriate opportunity for her, just because she'd turned 60.

Founded in June 2017, Priyanka has since then built a vibrant community of experienced and skilled retirees and is enhancing their employability through skill-building and coaching programmes. Prior to founding Wise At Work, Priyanka worked for 10 years in the FMCG space as a digital marketer, brand builder and content creator. She has also consulted with non-profits, written Indian mainstream television shows and been a food photographer. She is passionate about driving sustainable social change and using technology to evolve the future of work.
