Fulfilling a passion to help others elevate energy by creating a space of calm. Martha believes the solution to the growing epidemic of mental illness lies in looking to the past by introducing techniques known for centuries to modern man rather than resort to pharmaceuticals. Deep relaxation to the sound of meditation gongs, walking meditation on labyrinths and yogic practices all serve to relax, renew and rejuvenate at all levels for any age group. Already she is working with high end destinations such as Fivelements, The Siam Hotel and The Mandarin Group as well as local non profits such as Cancerlink, Maggie's Cancer Support Centre, Nesbitt Centre etc. Public performances and appearances include Asia Yoga Conference, IRIS, Clockenflap, Wonderfruit, Yoga In the Park, ecstatic dance events, lululemon new store opening and more. She has appeared on Chinese Web TV, been featured in SCMP and other publications and relentlessly continues to expand her impact in the community. Her ultimate goal is for Hong Kong to be a shining example to the world of making a positive impact on emotional wellbeing by introducing simple, elegant, effective yet ancient in origin interventions.
