Virtual Office

• Set up a virtual office in Hong Kong for parcels
• Find affordable office space for sample Retains

Sample

• Organizing Photograph incoming Samples
• Label & Organize Samples in the office
• Label and send samples to clients
• Send signed samples to Factory
• Create Submission Forms for client approvals
• Maintain Log of Samples / 1x year purge old samples

Logistics

• Review Factory PL & CI for accuracy
• Create 10th Studio PL & CI
• Send 10th Studio PL & CI to Client / Freight forwarders

IT

• Manage Repair Log - all Computers
• Drop off Computers for Repair

Languages

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Chinese

Experience

• Manufacturing, engineering, and design experience a plus, but not required

Salary

• HKD 20,000 to HKD 25,000 per month
